Individual Therapy

A space to attend to your own experiences, particularly when you’re used to supporting everyone else.
I offer individual therapy for adults affected by trauma, with a particular focus on first responders and health professionals.
What to expect
We begin by understanding what brings you to therapy, how it affects your life and what you would like to change. Together, we develop a plan that considers your history, current circumstances and readiness for trauma-focused work.
Sessions may involve understanding recurring difficulties, developing ways to manage distress or working with memories using EMDR. We review the direction and pace together as therapy progresses.

Appointments and fees
Standard 50-minute session $235.
After hours session $250.
In person in Narellan or online via telehealth. Walk-and-talk appointments may be considered where suitable.
Privately funded clients can book without a referral. If you intend to use Medicare, private health insurance or workers compensation, please confirm the relevant referral, cover or approval arrangements before your first session.
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a more affordable way to access support, while creating opportunities for shared learning and connection. It allows us to support more people and can help reduce the isolation that often accompanies difficult experiences.
What to expect
Sessions are structured with care around the impact of sharing.
You choose what you disclose, and detailed accounts of traumatic events are not required.
Clear group agreements, grounding strategies and regular check-ins help manage distress and reduce the risk of triggering or overwhelming others.
Suitability is discussed before joining.
Group details and fees
Groups are capped at eight participants and meet for 90 minutes each week, over eight consecutive weeks. All groups are virtually delivered.
Fees vary.
Workplace workshops
Tailored psychoeducation and practical skills for organisations supporting staff wellbeing, including following an adverse workplace experience. Enquire to discuss your team’s needs and suitability for a tailored program.
Recent Event Processing Group
For adults affected by a recent distressing event or difficult period. Using the EMDR Group Traumatic Episode Protocol (G-TEP), you work privately with your own experience within a guided group. Participants do not need to have experienced the same event or share details of what happened.
