About

Welcome. I’m Alyssa.

I work with adults navigating complex and cumulative trauma, particularly first responders and health professionals, alongside clinicians supporting others through these experiences.

My style is warm, direct and curious, with room for humour alongside difficult conversations. I value a relationship where we can be honest, ask questions and make decisions together.

Understanding begins with curiosity about how you came to be—not assumptions about who you are.

Theraputic Approaches

I integrate a range of modalities based on each person's needs.

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Trauma Focussed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Ego States (Parts Therapy)

  • Schema Therapy

  • Psychodynamic and attachment informed
